Employee Relations Officer (a)
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Conducts the activities of National Personnel Administration Section in administering national personnel movement, benefit admin, SAP data and administrative record and report in order to maintain administrative matters of national’s permanent and contract employees, conduct the analyses of the personnel policy implementation related to the Government/Manpower Regulation

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• 1 - 3 year experience in the Human Resources Function, computer knowledge is preferred
• Good interpersonal skill, accuracy, punctuality
• Good analytical thinking, and able to work independently and in team

Production Engineer (b)
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and controls operational efficiency program to support the achievement of production target.
• Conducts daily well production performance monitoring and problem solving in order to maintain or achieve company or business unit goals while monitoring and controlling costs to achieve business units lifting cost targets.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Petroleum Engineering.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experiences in field operation and production activities.
• Knowledge and skills in drilling and completion, downhole and subsurface equipment, stimulation, and workover
• Analytical thinking, good communication, and coordination.

Reservoir Engineer (c)
(Jakarta Raya)


Responsibilities:

• Monitors and follows up the non-operated properties, and evaluates any technical proposals related to the proposed new wells, work-over, production optimization, & field facilities.Reviews and evaluates the new business development opportunities in corporation with G&G and economics groups.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in petroleum exploitations operations.
• Possesses strong work and moral ethics, capable of working alone or withinteams, self-motivator capable of generating original projects that requires minimum supervision.
• Analytical thinking, good communication, and coordination.

High Voltage Maintenance Controller (d)
(Jakarta Raya - Offshore Field)

Responsibilities:

• Maintains High Voltage equipments to ensure normal operation if any damage or deviation conditions occurred.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic)
• Applicants must be willing to work in Offshore Field.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge in Power plant system and Power distribution.
• Good coordination skill.

Power Application Engineer (e)
(Jakarta Raya - Offshore Field)

Responsibilities:

• Ensures (Production) receives continuous and reliable power supply by maintaining the optimum power distribution configuration to supports their operations.

Requirements:

• University degree in Electrical Engineer.
• 2 years working experience in high voltage industry
• Applicants must be willing to work in Offshore Field.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
• Able to work under pressure and good time management, creative and intuitive in order to solve problem.
