Job Requirement
- Min. S1 Economic, Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology
- Min. 3 years experience in Human Resource area and having strong exposure in Compensation & Benefit, preferably in Oil & Gas industry
- Required technical competencies:
- C&B Analysis & Development
- Job Evaluation & Analysis
- Good command in English both written & speaking
- Office computer standar skill (MS-Excel)
- Required structural competencies:
